Last night, the staff at US Food Safety tried to call Stop & Shop corporate headquarters about the Simmering Soup’ Butternut Squash recall. It was after their business hours. We wanted confirmation on the story. We drove to our local Stop & Shop, showed the store manager the press release we had and she confirmed it.
The story posted on http://www.usfoodsafety.com before the recall was released by the government.
