Milk Street Café is a-ok in Boston, NYC is laying of staff

We regularly view the Mayor’s Food Court and look for temporary suspension of permits. Today I saw a Boston favorite, Milk Street Café. There is nothing about any health code violations just the restaurant listed. We called the board of health and they are checking. It seems this is an error. I spoke with a representative of Milk Street Café who didn’t know anything about it.

Milk Street Café in New York, however, is laying of workers because of the Wall Street protestors according to DNAinfo.com. Small chain restaurants should not have to suffer at the expense of people making a statement. It is not in keeping with the spirit of the protests.
