The article about brush debris on food from the CDC was great information for all us grillmeisters.
It was great information because what we generally hear about is undercooked meat and poultry. I attended a 4th of July bash last night and the topic of whether to use a gas grill or a charcoal grill and how the food tasted was one of the topics.
No one talked about brush debris. It never even comes into the outdoor cooking stratosphere. I think that if I had brought up the subject, it would have been met with rolled eyes and there she goes again.
