*** Violation Adequate Handwashing/Where/When/How
Comments: No hand soap at any hand sinks in the main service/preparation area’s for staff to properly wash hands.. Ensure all staff have been properly trained on when to wash hands.

*** Violation Prevention of Contamination from Hands
Comments: Employee observed preparing ready to eat salads with no protective gloves. Discontinue and ensure there is no bare hand contact with any ready to eat foods.

*** Violation Hot and Cold Water
Comments: At the time of the inspection there was no operational hot and cold water for either restroom and toilets were not operating as well due to frozen pipe lines. Hot and cold water was available throughout the rest of the establishment. A TSOP has been issued for there being no operational restrooms for the public or staff.

*** Violation PIC Performing Duties
Comments: Establishment is operating with no restrooms or hot and cold running water available to the staff or guest. Ensure all restrooms are operational for both employees and guests.
