Wegmans has posted the following recall on its website.

Batch/UPC Code:
The affected products were sold only at the following Wegmans store and Pub locations between July 30 and September 2, 2015. No other Wegmans stores, restaurants, or products are affected by this recall:
Wegmans Food Market stores
Maryland: Bel Air, Columbia, Crofton, Frederick, Germantown, Hunt Valley, and Woodmore
Massachusetts: Burlington, Chestnut Hill, and Northborough
New Jersey: Cherry Hill, Woodbridge
New York: Ithaca, Johnson City, and Pittsford
Pennsylvania: Allentown, Bethlehem, Collegeville, Downingtown, Harrisburg, King of Prussia, Malvern, Montgomeryville, Nazareth, and Warrington
Virginia: Alexandria, Dulles, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Potomac

Pennsylvania: Allentown, Collegeville, King of Prussia, Malvern, Montgomeryville

Reason for Recall: Wegmans has recalled prepared foods made with corn at specific stores and The Pub restaurants because the corn has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Affected products were sold between July 30 and September 2, 2015.

Consumers who still have the product in their homes should return it to the service desk for a refund.
