Costco has posted the following recall on its’ website.

General Mills announced that it is recalling several days of production of Honey Nut Cheerios
produced at its Lodi, California facility. This includes products with the Best if Used By dates listed below. The recall was issued because of the presence of an undeclared allergen – wheat – with the potential for adverse health effects.

Costco packaging included the “may contain wheat” declaration which is not adequately
protective for consumers in this instance. General Mills has found that wheat flour may have
been inadvertently introduced into its oat flour system at the Lodi, California facility on these
dates.

Consumers who have impacted product can contact General Mills for a full refund 1-800-775-8370.
