BJ’s posts Sparkling Cider Recall

Posted on October 22, 2015 by

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. has been informed by S. Martinelli & Company that they are recalling select Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider products. These items are being recalled due to the possibility of small glass chips at the top of the bottles occurring when opening the bottle, which could possibly enter the beverage. The affected products were sold from September 3, 2015 – October 19, 2015.

BJ’s only carries one of the recalled items — Martinelli’s Gold Medal Sparkling Cider 12/8.4oz.

This recall only affects the 8.4oz Martinelli’s Gold Medal Sparkling Cider bottles. No other Martinelli items sold at BJ’s are affected by this recall.

If you have the recalled Martinelli’s Gold Medal Sparkling Cider, please do not drink it, and throw it away. To receive a refund, please bring your receipt to any BJ’s Club. If you do not have your receipt, a Member Services team member can look it up for you to issue the refund. Please do not return the recalled Martinelli’s Gold Medal Sparkling Cider to the Club.
