Acccording to a Boston article in the Boston Globe, Chipotle is closing all locations nationwide briefly to hold a national team meeting about food safety.
“We are hosting a national team meeting to thank our employees for their hard work through this difficult time, discuss some of the food safety changes we are implementing, and answer questions from employees,” Chris Arnold wrote in an e-mail to the Globe.
Details about the logistics of the meeting are not being publicly disclosed, Arnold said, who did not immediately respond to requests for more information.
We can only hope that employee hand washing will be discussed and properly temping the food.
