Bagged Lettuce sold at BJ’s Recalled

BJ’s Wholesale Club has been informed by Fresh Express that it is recalling their bagged 32-ounce Fresh Express Chopped Romaine Lettuce due to undeclared allergens.

The Product Code is G034A06A with a Use-By Date of February 19 and a UPC Code of 0 7127926100 3 (located on the reverse side of the bag, next to the bar code).

No illnesses have been reported and no other Fresh Express salad products are subject to the recall.

If you have the recalled product and are allergic to milk, wheat, eggs or fish, do not eat it.  Please discontinue use and discard the remaining products; please do not return the product to the Club.  For a full refund, you may visit the Member Services Desk at your local BJ’s Club where you purchased the Fresh Express Chopped Romaine Lettuce.  If you have your receipt, please bring it with you; if you do not have your receipt, a BJ’s team member can look it up for you to issue the refund.
