BJ’s recalls Wellsley Farms Frozen Vegetables

BJ’s Wholesale Club has been informed by CRF Frozen Foods, the manufacturer of Wellsley Farms frozen vegetables that they have initiated a  recall of their Wellsley Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables and Wellsley Farms Organic Green Peas sold by BJ’s Wholesale Club.  These products have been voluntarily recalled due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

Products sold  at BJ’s between November 22, 2015, and April 22, 2016. Please see chart below for affected products, corresponding UPC codes, and ‘Best Used By’ dates:

If you purchased the recalled frozen vegetables, please do not eat them, and throw away any remaining vegetables. Please do not return the products to the Club.  For a full refund, you may visit the Member Services Desk at your local BJ’s Club where you purchased the frozen vegetables. If you have your receipt, please bring it with you; if you do not have your receipt, a BJ’s team member can look it up for you to issue the refund.
