Publix Recalls Wheatberry Salad

Publix Super Markets Inc. is issuing a recall for Wheatberry Salad. The product is available in plastic containers available in the Publix Delis. The sunflower kernels used in the salad are involved with the larger nationwide recall due to Listeria monocytogenes.

The Wheatberry Salad was available in all Publix retail locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Consumption of products containing Listeria monocytogenes. 

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the Wheatberry Salad. Consumers who have purchased the products in question may return the product to their local store for a full refund.
