Choice Farms LLC is initiating a recall of 7-Eleven™ brand Caesar Salad containers produced on April 11th, at the Denver production facility only, because they contain undeclared Milk, Egg, Wheat and Fish (anchovies) allergens.
The recalled products were delivered to a distribution center for 7-Eleven in Denver, and sold only in 7-Eleven stores in the state of Colorado. These items contain romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing (Fish), croutons (Wheat, Egg), and parmesan cheese (Milk). The recalled product was discovered during a routine retained sample inspection.
No allergic reactions or illnesses have been reported to date. The salad containers have a Best Enjoyed by date of 04/17/17.
