Wegmans has posted the following recall on its website.

Luvo Chicken Chile Verde, 10 oz

Recall Date: August 13, 2017

Sold at Wegmans: Yes

Reason for Recall: The products are mislabeled as Chicken Chile Verde that contain milk and soy, but contain Turkey Meatloaf, which has additional allergens, eggs and fish (anchovies), that are not declared on the product label.

How to identify the recalled product: UPC: 84042310001
Best Before Date of June 13, 2018 and Lot Code: 2018JUN13A

Refund information: All product may be returned to the customer service desk for a full refund.

Affects Kroger stores located in Georgia; South Carolina; Auburn, Alabama; Greater Cincinnati (including Northern Kentucky and Dayton, Ohio plus South Eastern Indiana); Central and Northwest Ohio; Northwestern Virginia panhandle; Michigan; Indiana (except SE Indiana, -Evansville-); Illinois; Eastern Missouri; Greater Louisville area (including Indiana) and Lexington, Kentucky; Greater Memphis area, Tennessee; Arkansas; Mississippi; Western Kentucky; Hopkinsville and Bowling Green, Kentucky; Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee; Huntsville, Alabama; North Carolina; Virginia; Eastern West Virginia; Eastern Kentucky; Southeastern Ohio; Dillon, Frys, Ralphs and Smiths stores.

Reason: The product may contain EGGS and FISH (anchovies) and, if eaten, could cause severe allergic reactions in persons sensitive to EGGS and FISH.
