Publix has posted the following recall on its website.

Pfizer Consumer Healthcare is recalling a specific lot of Children’s Advil Suspension Bubble Gum Flavored 4fl oz. Bottle because the dosage cup provided is marked in teaspoons (tsp) and in the instructions on the label are described in milliliters (ml). Pfizer performed a Health Hazard Assessment which concluded that the use of the impacted product has a chance of being associated with the potential overdose. The most common symptoms associated with ibuprofen overdose include nausea, vomiting, headache, drowsiness, blurred vision and dizziness. Consumers who purchased the product are encouraged to return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund. Consumers who have additional questions or concerns should contact Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Information Line at 800-882-3845.
