Kroger posts recall of multi-products that may be contaminated with Salmonella

Kroger posted the following recall on its website.

Affects Ralphs and Food 4 Less stores.

Reason: Product may be contaminated with SALMONELLA, and if eaten could result in severe illness to those individuals who may consume this product.

Affects Kroger stores located in Greater Memphis area, Tennessee; Arkansas; Mississippi; Western Kentucky; North Carolina; Virginia; Eastern West Virginia; Eastern Kentucky; Southeastern Ohio; Texas and Louisiana; Frys, Fred Meyer and Smiths stores.

Reason: Affected product being recalled due to ONIONS being an ingredient and may be contaminated with SALMONELLA, and if eaten, could result in severe illness to those individuals who may consume this product.
